As network administrator at IBA, Nuno's responsibilities ranged from IT help desk support and troubleshooting IT problems to setting up IBA apartments for network accessibility. He is a graduate of the Katharine Gibbs School in Providence, Rhode Island and is certified in PC Network Operations and Support and A+.
