Purpose of Presentation: The purpose of this presentation is to help nonprofit managers determine how to structure and implement a combination of training programs to meet the real-world needs of their workers.

Goals and Objectives:

  1. Understand why a training program is more than just courses and books
  2. Know when to use training resources such as computer-based training, books, and online courses
  3. Have initial plans for building and teaching people how to use customized tools
