Abstract: All organizations face internal resistance to technology acquisition, implementation, and integration, but nonprofits face unique challenges. Understanding and diagnosing common sources of resistance allows nonprofits to make more effective and nimble use of technology, with more collaboration and less blame.

Purpose of Presentation: This presentation will explain how to find and remove the hidden roadblocks to selecting, installing and making use of technology. We’ll examine resistance at three levels: management, end user, and IT staff. The main purpose of the presentation is to help you find and remove the roadblocks in your organization.
